We are seeking to appoint an experienced Events and Hospitality Manager to grow the events and hospitality aspect of our business.

As the Events and Hospitality Manager, you will thrive on getting the best out of your team and maximising commercial opportunities. Developing and managing your team successfully is key to this role and providing training, coaching and guidance is paramount. We expect the Events and Hospitality Manager to provide a professional catering service, ensuring LSP’s high standards are maintained and customers’ expectations are surpassed. Successfully working with other senior managers within LSP and liaising with the University of Leicester services departments to ensure events are delivered in a timely, on budget and perfect manner. This is a busy role where no two days are the same and challenges are there to be overcome.

As the Events and Hospitality Manager, you will have a successful background in Hospitality Catering and ideally hold a degree educated or equivalent in hospitality management or events catering. You will possess excellent management and communication skills, have a good understanding of report writing and financial management, and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving.
