Job Title: Shift Leader
Salary: £9.62 per hour
Post Holder Responsible To: Retail Manager or Team Leader of the allocated outlet.
Location: Leicester Services Partnership has multiple outlets across the University of Leicester (UoL) campus, you are required to work at whichever outlet has a shift available.
Contracted hours: Variety of contracted hours available, term-to-term (32 weeks of the year).
Working hours: As per rota, this can include lates, evenings, weekends and early shifts.
Contract Type: Permanent
Provisional Start Date: September 2021 onwards

We have some amazing opportunities available for Shift Leaders to join the Leicester Services Partnership (LSP) team.
We are looking for individuals who have great people skills, are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, are able to work as part of a team, have a ‘can do’ attitude and are flexible to work shifts as and when required.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential as you will be required to draw on your experiences to successfully lead a shift.
As a Shift Leader you will assist in preparing and serving food, drinks and snacks for our customers, whilst adhering to excellent food hygiene standards and providing outstanding customer service. You will also be required to open up and close down at the start and end of a shift, as well as lead the team successfully during your shift.
You will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the area you work and have knowledge of our products, be able to promote our services and upselling wherever possible.
