Due to the size of the outlet, we’ve curated a mouth-watering selection, specifically tailored to include nutritious food items at a heavily discounted price, making your bigger meal deal; value for money and convenient for a complete meal.

In a bid to cater to customers diverse tastes and committed to quality and affordability, here’s what is included in your BIGGER meal deal for less than £5!

From Monday 13th May, we upgraded the £3.85 meal deal with the best selling customer choices, and added a hot main for more choice in your meal deal.

Library Café – David Wilson Library, main campus

Freemen’s Kitchen and Bar – Freemen’s Campus

The Blue Marble – Space Park Leicester

ULSB Hub – Brookfield Campus

Here’s how your meal deal works:

Choose your go-to sandwich in the A-C range or homemade soup of the day. Our sandwiches include Halal, vegan and vegetarian choices, and our soups are made fresh in-house and are always gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Included is a piece of fruit for at least one of your five a day.

You can then choose to add a packet of Walkers crisps or drink*. The choice is yours.
*(330ml can / fruit juice carton / bottle of water).

You’re probably aware by now that the main drinks in our meal deal are aluminium cans. In line with our Sustainability Food and Food Waste Policy, working with the Social Impact Team, academics and the Students Union, we introduced aluminium can alternatives to plastic bottle drinks within all our outlets as one of our sustainable initiatives to promote a more sustainable environment and better recycling.
