Hot food and drink can be pre-ordered from Freemen’s Kitchen & Bar, with collection times from 12.00pm – 7.00pm.


How do I access Order Ahead?

You must first sign up to UPAY if you don’t have an account. To do so, follow the step-by-step guide here.

What happens if I miss my collection time?

For hot food, if you do not collect your order up to 30 minutes after your collection time, food will be disposed of and no refunds will be given. For all other items, it is at the discretion of the outlet management team whether a refund will be provided.

Can I order on my phone and send the details to someone else to collect?

No, this is not possible. We will need to see the original email confirmation order to verify your collection.

Can I customise items?

Unfortunately, you cannot customise each menu item. We’ve worked hard to craft our menus to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements.

When will you start preparing my order?

We start preparing your order as close to your collection time as possible, so that your food order is still to temperature on your arrival. We take pride in delivering fast, delicious food.

How will I know you have received my order?

We’ll email your registered email address an itemised receipt. This includes your order number. Until you have received your confirmation email and order number, you have not paid and we don’t have your order to prepare.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged once you confirm payment of your order. The receipt we email itemises your order. It includes the date and time you paid along with the collection number given at the time.

Can I cancel my order or change items I’ve ordered?

Unfortunately, as your order is passed immediately to the outlet, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed.
