NO BEEF, MORE LEAF!
We have lots of treats coming to Wholesome (the savoury kind) for our customers who are following a vegan lifestyle, those who are flexitarian and those who might want to give plant-based foods a try. If one of these sound like you, either way you’ll be pleasantly surprised that these new additions to the Wholesome menu are so tasty and you will surely be saying “I will definitely buy these again.”
From Monday 31st January, the following new additions will be added for you to indulge in and adding to the fact that your plant-based alternative options are not limited at the University.
– The Wholesome Burger
toasted vegan brioche bun, tangy tomato dressing, baby gem lettuce, dill pickle, crispy onions and mayonnaise.
– Roasted butternut squash and chickpea open flatbread.
– Plant-based meatball marinara with herb pasta will be added to the daily specials rotating menu.
– Vegetable mince chilli with Basmati rice will be added to the daily specials rotating menu.
This Friday (28th January), you can try some of these new additions as well as some of the favourites from the current menu as a taster for free!
Visit Campus Kitchen between 12pm – 1pm and try a range of hot, fresh and tasty meat-free alternatives.
